She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Thompson and Letha Thompson; her husband William Olin Dobbs; her son W. O. Dobbs; and her sisters, Lois Cook, Carolyn Nicholson, Ida Dobbs, Barbara Darby, Brenda Pickens and Edith Satterwhite.
She is survived by: her sons, Eddie (Melody Dobbs), Phillip (Tracy Dobbs) and Cecil (Lorie Dobbs); her grandchildren, Stefanie, Durant, Lee, Tiffany, Sam, Glen and Bailey; and her sisters, Mary Wilhite, Ruth Jones and Jean Nicholson. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
