He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Buck" and Annie Frances Blizzard. He is survived by: his brother William Robert of Eatonton; his sons, William Blizzard of McDonough and Dave Slee of Heath; and his stepchildren, Patrick, Michael and Jan Bassaloff. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
