She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Granger and Alzora Fears Granger; her husband Theus Kirkland; her sisters, Louise Granger Wheat (Emory) and Montez Granger Burch (Clethal); her stepgreat-grandson Michael Smith; and her stepdaughter Kay Sellers Trammel.
She is survived by: her daughter Cadelia Kirkland Strickland (Jimmy) of Jackson; her stepdaughter Carol Sellers Rodgers (Eddie) of Dothan; her grandchildren, Colette Strickland Kilbourne (Kelly) of Mcdonough, Eric Strickland of Jackson and Amanda Strickland Smith (Chris) of Helena Al; her great grandchildren, Kelbi Kilbourne, Kyndal Kilbourne, Isabelle Strickland and Tyler Strickland; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Jonathan Smith, Mathew Smith and Sellers; her nephew Kenneth Burch (Brenda); and her nieces, Margaret Burch Hoopman (Ed), Rosalyn Wheat Saddler and Elaine Wheat Williams (Bill). She is also survived by step- grandchildren and great grandchildren.
