Elizabeth Kay Blackmon Obituary

Mrs. Elizabeth Blackmon age 82 of High Falls, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at her residence.

Mrs. Blackmon was born in Woodbury, Georgia on November 1, 1940. Her parents, Robert O. and Allene Walker Henry, Daughter, Angela Huff all preceded her in death. She retired from J C Penney and was a member of First Baptist Church of High Falls.

Survivors include her husband, Gary Blackmon; daughter, Pamela Blassingim; stepsons, Chris Blackmon and Gary Blackmon, Jr.; grandchildren, Susanne, Georgia, Samantha, Cory, Benjamin, Jasmine, MaKenzie; step grandchildren, Joselyn, Jackson, Taylor, Brittany, Taylor; great grandchildren, Brandon, Sam and Alia; 2 step great grandchildren; her best friend that was like a sister, Nora Northcott.

A memorial service for Elizabeth Blackmon will be Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 1:00 pm at First Baptist Church of High Falls. Reverend Jeff Giddens will officiate. The family will receive friends follow the service at the church.
