She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldridge James and Dorothy James; and her husband Leslie. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Simmons, Dennis Faulkner and Juanita Mills (Blue); her grandchildren, Sherry, Bradley, Stephanie, April, Clay, Robyn, Caleb, Camber and Jessica; and her sisters, Carolyn Bankston and Dorothy Bobo.
