It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Dannie Kelly of Jackson, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on February 20, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dilbeck and Ruby McGehee Dilbeck; her husband Jerry Virgle Kelly; and her brothers, John Dilbeck, Jimmy Dilbeck and George Dilbeck.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki (Clinton Silver), Sherrie (Gary Frye), Connie (Frank Thrift), Buddy (Heather Kelly), Charlie (Rebae Kelly), Jeff (Kimmie Kelly) and Todd Kelly. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
