He is survived by: his father Waymon Edward Fields; his children, Jason (Samantha Brown), Daniel (Erin Brown), Chris Brown and Justin (Machaelah Smith); his brothers, Dennis (Susan Fields), Doug (Tonya Fields), Glen (Wendy Fields) and Paul (Donna Fields); and his former wives, Susan Brown and Deborah Smith. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
