David Scott Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2023, at the age of 84, David Scott of Jackson, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lois Morrison Scott and Clesley Scott Sr.; his wife Mary Ann Jones Scott; his daughters, Deborah (Jerry Morrell), Angela Bartlett (Frank Stephens) and Dana (Marty Evans); his grandchildren, Jennifer Whitaker, Matthew David Burns, Edward Daniel Miles Jr., Amanda Waldron, Amber Oliver, Christopher Bartlett, Heather Hayes, Timothy Morrell and Patricia Morrell; his sister Sandra; his brother-in-law Grady Huff; his brother C. H. Jr.; his siblings-in-law, Jacquelyn Scott, James Jones and Bobby Jones; his brother Robert; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Jones and Mary Jane. He was also cherished by eleven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
