He is survived by: his sons, Ricky Cook and Mike (Shelley Cook); his grandsons, Michael Cook and Kevin Cook; his great grandchild Wyatt Cook; his sister Joy; his brother-in-law Johnny Jones; his brother Gene; and his sister-in-law Shirley Cook. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
