It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Mary Foster (Jackson, Georgia), who passed away on November 27, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Flowers and Mary Scales Flowers; her husband Clarence Foster; and her son Richard Paul Foster. She is survived by: her children, David and Gayla Foster of Blue Ridge.
