He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Townley; his daughter-in-law Joni (Tim); his grandchildren, Tristan (Briana), Ethan (Peyton), Griffin (Lexi), Brett, Haley, Miranda and Blaine (JeAnna); his great grandchildren, Ivy, Charlie, Cal, Millie, Briella and Maddox; and his siblings-in-law, Marion Townley and Lanier Knight. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Haisten Funeral Home (321 S Harkness St, Jackson, GA 30233). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Haisten Funeral Home Chapel (321 S Harkness St, Jackson, GA 30233).
