It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Carroll Cosby of Jackson, Georgia, born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on September 24, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur G. Cosby and Ruth Perry; his wife Betty Jo Cosby; his children, Linda Cobb, Teresa Campbell, William Lee Cloniger Jr., Jeffrey Dwayne Cloninger, Karen Christy Foley and Elizabeth Annette Carreker; his grandchildren, Amanda Cobb, Jordan Carreker and Joshua Carreker; and his son-in-law Stephen Hall.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tania Hall (Tim), Pamela Hall (Zach) and Melissa Gilman (John). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
