She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Boatright Cook. She is survived by: her father Harding Van Cook; her daughters, Kaitlyn Cook and Karris Cook; her grandchildren, Samuel Smith and Greycen Cook; and her siblings, Monica Lott, Lindsey Peavy (Justin), Jeremy Cook (Heather Ruiz) and Jeff (Nicole Cook). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
