She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Lee and Beatrice Ely Henry; her husband Ivey Troy Phillips; and her brothers, Edward Reed and Ronnie Henry.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Phillips (Dianna) and Amanda Cox (Jason); her sisters, Diane Edge (Don) and Betty Watson (Marvin); her sister-in-law Bobbie Jean Henry of Soperton, GA; and her grandchildren, Ashten MacKenzie Phillips, Emma Rae Phillips, Jacob Troy Phillips and Gracie Lynn Cox. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are encouraged to be made in her memory to Morningside Baptist Church, 4327 Holton Chapel Road, Soperton, GA 30457.
