She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon F. Horne and Bela Mae Warren Horne; her husband Frank Billue Pierce; her grandmother Marietta Lowery Warren; her uncle Burtis Warren (Louise); her aunt Lizzie Warren Butler (Albert); her siblings, Hazel LeMunyan (Cobe) and L. F. Horne (Christine); and her cousins, Harold Butler (Wylene), Murlie Bennett (Jimmy), Evelyn Bartell (Glen) and Sylvia Clements (Robert).
She is survived by: her children, Alison (Al), Debra Pierce Pierce (Greg) of Verbena, Alabama, Ellen Pierce Daniels (Tracy) of Harrison and Timothy Frank Pierce (Diane) of Oconee, Georgia; her grandchildren, Hillary Goodman (Jeff), Jesse Pierce (Abbey), Zachary Pierce, April Carlock (Harris), Andrea Young (Richard), Heath Daniels (Jennifer), Travis Daniels (Sherrie) and Dustin Daniels (Amber); and her cousin Anthony Butler (Sandra). She is also survived by 28 Great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren and surviving sibling.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the BIG Sandy Baptist Church (12443 GA-112, Irwinton, GA 31042). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:45 PM at the BIG Sandy Baptist Church Cemetery (12443 GA-112, Irwinton, GA 31042).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Big Sandy Church Cemetery Fund, 15181 GA Highway 112 Toomsboro, Ga. 31090.
