We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2020, at the age of 80, Lamar Thompson of Irwinton, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie James and Beulah Owens Thompson; and his siblings, Lewis, James, Bill Thompson and Elizabeth Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, Greg (Tammie), Chris and Andy Thompson; and his siblings, Linda Creamer and Charles Thompson. He is also survived by five grandchildren, two great grandchildren, sixteen nephews, fourteen nieces and many great nephews and nieces.
