He is survived by: his daughter Hannah B. Carter (Cory) of Jacksonville, FL; his granddaughter Marin Ryleigh Carter of Jacksonville, FL; his mother Murlie B. Bennett of Eastman; his sister June B. Riggin (Robert) of Warner Robins; his niece Victoria R. Wilson; and his nephews, Rick Riggin (Becca) of Warner Robins and Rob Riggin (Heather) of Forsyth. He is also survived by two great nieces; an expected great nephew, and many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
