She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Wilson Martin and Mary Cooley Martin; her husband Claude Talmadge Phillips, Sr.; and her siblings, J. "Nell" Cannon, Loretta M. Jackson and Richard Martin.
She is survived by: her sons, Marty Phillips (Tanya) of Irwinton, Caesar Phillips of Irwinton and Stacy Phillips (Melinda) of Douglas, GA; her brother Ronnie Martin (Lynette) of Warner Robins; and her grandchildren, Christina Phillips, Ashley Phillips, Daniel Phillips, Tristan Phillips, Denton Phillips, Brian Bush, Veronica McCoy, Melissa McCoy and June Howell. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
