He is survived by: his wife Terry S. Hartry; his father Robert Wells (Carolyn); his children, Carl Hartry, Jr. (Dominique), Deandrae Hartry, Laquay Chapple, Celestine Grable, James Jackson, Jr., Fredricka Jackson and Octavious Strange; and his siblings, Freddie Lee Hartry, Eddie Lee Hartry, Lekeisha Hartry and Joyce Andrews (Stanley). He is also survived by grandchildren, in-laws, cousins and other relatives.
