He is survived by: his uncle Elbert Shinholster; his siblings, Susierene Todd-Rumph (Johnny) and Cornelius Todd; his niece Lalita Todd of Washington; and his siblings-in-law, Ronald Williams Sr., Alicia Jean Todd of Irwinton and Mary Jackson Todd of Milledgeville, GA.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousin.
