He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Randolph and Lillie Mae Randolph. He is survived by: his wife Lauretta S. Randolph of Iron City, Georgia; his children, Erica Kathleen Martin (Terry) of Childersburg, Donna Denise Randolph of Birmingham and Edgar Samuel Randolph of Atlanta, Georgia; his stepson David L. Stanyard of Iron City; and his close friend Liza Pollard Issac. He is also survived by four grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
