He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewett Barnett and Montine Barnett; and his sisters, Eutelle Morgan, Lautrelle Richey and Gwynelle Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Brown Barnett of Ila; his children, Erica Galasso (John) of Buford and Brad Barnett (Morgan) of Ila; his grandchildren, Libby Galasso, Jack Galasso, Kate Galasso, Jameson Barnett and Jaxon Barnett; and his sister Ethelle Howington. He is also survived by eight sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the River of Life Worship Center (4971 US-441, Nicholson, GA 30565). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
