She is survived by: her spouse Colonel Bob Izlar of Ila; her daughter Tate Izlar O'Rouke (Patrick O'Rouke); her grandchildren, Wright and Benson O'Rouke of Gainesville; her son Joel Izlar (Jessica Izlar); her grandson Cillian Izlar of Athens; her sister Ann Bullard of Commerce; her sister-in-law Laurie Bullard of St. Simons; her nephew Paul Bullard of Acworth; and her nieces, Janie Bullard Weldon of Athens and Peyton Bullard Cook of Brunswick.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Janice's name to Georgia.
