She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Green and Clemmie Lockwood Green; and her husband Junior. She is survived by: her sons, Melvin Layfield of Ideal, GA and Billy Layfield (Terri) of Ideal, GA; her grandchildren, Scotty Layfield (Kelly) of Paducah, KY, Shelley Simmons (Travis) of Perry, GA, Lindsay Arrington (Nathan) of Ideal, GA, Steven Layfield (Ashley) of Macon, GA, Kimberly Albritton (Jeremy) of Ideal, GA and Elizabeth Stubbs (Justin) of Ideal, GA; and her great grandchildren, Tanner, Lane, Ryann, Hunter, Kaitlin, Hailyn, Will, Gray, Shep, Jaxton, Nora and Aubrey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
