She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Clingenpeel and Geneva Clingenpeel; and her siblings, Kathleen Dickerson and Kenneth Dean Clingenpeel. She is survived by: her brothers, Ronnie Clingenpeel (Nancy) and Donnie Clingenpeel (Sue); her niece Cheryl Foster; her children, Kimberly Kicliter (Curtis III), Ted Jr. Ross (Linda), Micheal Runk and Teresa Boring (Frank); and her grandchildren, Curtiss Kicliter IV (Connie), Wesley Kicliter (Michelle), Travis Kicliter (Amber), Kaitlin Kicliter, Nathan Ross, Natalie Ross, Chance Runk, Hannah Porter (Riley), Olivia Runk, Jared Hamp, Jacob Tyree (Ivy), Kristen Cates and Leah Adolphus (Terrence). She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bertha Dozier Memorial Park Cemetery (405 Walnut St, Montezuma, GA 31063).
