With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph J. Nichols (Ideal, Georgia), born in Bainbridge, Georgia, who passed away on March 6, 2018 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Merle Baggerly Nichols; his son Farrell Nichols; his grandson Wylder Nichols; and his great grandchild Nathanial Jackson Warren. He is survived by: his niece Melody Eback (John) of Chicago, IL; his sisters-in-law, Emmie Grimes Hiawassee (Dave) and Zadie Peters; and his grandchildren, Joseph Nichols, Dana Albertson, Jon Nichols, Jennifer Thrasher, Jason Nichols, Brandon Nichols, Leslie Nichols, Alex Nichols and Trevor Nichols.
