He was predeceased by: his parents, Randol Jinks and Clarice Fowler Jinks; and his siblings, Carol Jinks Morrell and Larry Jinks. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Law Jinks of Ideal; his daughter Deven Jinks of Ideal; his grandchild Lil; and his siblings, Harry Jinks (Pat) of Blairsville, Connie Jinks Marshall of Ideal, Bonnie Jinks Simmons of Oglethorpe, Georgia and Cathy Jinks Layfield of Reynolds. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
