She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd "Leon" Fowler; her sons, Lamar Freeman and Doug Fowler; her parents, Mandy Holmes and George Holmes; her great grandchild Owen Elliot; and her great-nephew Chris Groover.
She is survived by: her children, Willie of Twin Cities, Calvin of Jefferson, James of Ball Ground, Cindy of Bristol, TN, Tony (Becca) of Hull and Ashley (Eddy) of Braselton; and her grandchildren, Sandie (Jamie), Alan, Theresa (Chester), Jessica (Danny), Sarah, Katelynn, Joshua (Madelyn), Trevor, Jacob, Olivia, Chloe, Eli, Jaxton, Paisley and Billy McDaniel. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; 10 great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Lawson Funeral Home Chapel (4532 Hwy 53, Hoschton, GA 30548). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
