It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lee Burrell of Hull, Georgia, born in Franklin, North Carolina, who passed away on October 8, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Burrell and Gladys Meeler Head; and his sisters, Betty Williams and Faye Davidson of Watkinsville. He is survived by: his wife Emma Burrell; his children, Laura McRorie (Trey) of Athens, Lisa Redmon (Don) of Commerce and Gordon Young (Becky) of Winterville; his siblings, Bill Burrell (Sheila) of McDonough, Milton Burrell (Frankie) of Hull, Jim Head of Hull, Lillie Dawson (Dan) of Bishop and Mary Savage (Bobby) of Athens; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Justin, Amber, Emilee, Payton, Josh, Kaylee, Eli and Ethan.
