Emory Rudolph Strickland Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Emory Rudolph Strickland of Hull, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 5, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Candler Strickland and Fannie McElreath Strickland Gentry of Comer; his wife Beth Swindel Strickland; and his brothers, Richard Strickland and Randolph Strickland.
He is survived by: his sons, Jason E. Strickland of Durango, CO and Seth Strickland (Amanda) of Hull, GA; his grandchildren, Harrison P. Strickland and Maddie Strickland; and also Heather. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lord & Stephens Funeral Homes (963 GA-98, Danielsville, GA 30633). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
