He was predeceased by: his parent Melton Weaver; and his grandson Brent Weaver. He is survived by: his spouse Peggy Weaver; his parent Ruby Carter Weaver; his children, Eva Cowart (Danielle) of Comer, Samuel Weaver (Kaisha) of Hull, Wendy Pinche (Patrick) of Comer, Wendell Anderson of Elberton and Daniel Hale of Watkinsville; his siblings, Bobby Weaver of Comer, Robin Weaver of Colbert, Janice Crowther of Jefferson and Gail Morgan of Maxeys; and his grandchildren, Keelei, Kaiden, Kyleigh, Mekhi, Kentavious, Kevion, Makenna, Marisa and Denver. He is also survived by one sister and three brothers.
