He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theodore Noell and Flotella Noell; his wife Beverly M. Noell; his daughters, Sherry M. Noell (Lewis "Paul" Prince) and Sabrina Brown (Ronnie); his siblings, Donald Noell, Delores Colley and Carolyn Brooks; and his grandchildren, Joey Allen, Melissa Noell, Kenny Prince, Sam Skinner and Taylor Prince. He was also cherished by six great grandchildren.
