He is survived by: his brother Danny Harter; his wife Mary Daniel Harter; his sons, Justin Daniel Harter and Brennan Thomas Harter; his grandchildren, Kye Daniel Harter and Hoke Douglas Harter; and his sister Deborah Bacon. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
