It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ima Childress (Howard, Georgia), who passed away on February 23, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lige Wasdin and Myra Lee Liles Wasdin. She is survived by: her children, David McDaniel of Savannah, Steve Childress of Boulder City, Will Childress of Juneau, Felisa Childsdress of Fairbanks, Cindy McCoy of Hillsboro and Jenifer Welsh (Mike) of Atkinson, Nebraska.; and her pet Daisy. She is also survived by Twenty-three grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren.
