It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Baughn of Howard, Georgia, born in Haralson, Georgia, who passed away on December 27, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee "Bob" Hickey and Lena Mae Collins Hickey; her husband Howard Baughn; her son-in-law James Elkins; and her siblings, Wesley Hickey, Melba Ashley and Syble Williamson.
She is survived by: her son Steve; her daughter-in-law Becky Baughn; her daughter JoAnn Elkins; her grandchildren, Julie (Kevin Palmer), Angela (Rodney Whitley), Eddie Baughn, Hermanda Bailey, Joey (Debra Elkins) and Asa (Brittany Elkins); her great grandchildren, Rebecca Palmer, Marista Otwell, Jacob Elkins, Tye Bailey, Makinsey Baughn, Jordan Elkins, Emily Whitley, Tate Bailey, Maggie Rose Palmer, Jake Palmer, Kinsley Elkins, Bella Elkins, Keaton Elkins and Asher Elkins; her brother Donald; and her sister-in-law Faye Hickey.
