He is survived by: his wife Sandra Todd Simpson; his children, Monica Simpson of Gumbranch, Eddie P. Simpson, III (April) of Gumbranch and Charles Anthony Simpson of Gumbranch; his siblings, William Simpson and Emma Eady of Milledgeville; and his grandchildren, Charissa Barnhill (John) of Brunswick, Corrina Simpson of Gumbranch, Megan Simpson of Gumbranch and Bailey Simpson of Gumbranch. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and a large extended family.
