He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Hulsey and Rae Hulsey (Cross). He is survived by: his wife Theresa Gale Hulsey; his children, Mike Hulsey, Anthony Worrell, Terri Hulsey, Cathy Hulsey and Monica Worrell; and his sister Patsy Fier. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
