It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert O. Sumpter of Hoschton, Georgia, born in Dearborn, Michigan, who passed away on March 6, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Sumpter and Julia Lowie Sumpter. He is survived by: his wife Myrna Sumpter (Venero) of Hoschton; his daughters, Cynthia Taggart (James) of Buford and Melissa Fraser (Lewis) of Oakwood; and his grandchildren, Amanda Diaz of Lewis Fraser, III, Nicholas Fraser, Alexandra Taggart, Annelise Taggart, Ava Taggart and Sterling Taggart. He is also survived by Six great-grandchildren.
