He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Puckett and Ethel Puckett. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Healan Puckett of Hoschton; his brother Windell; and his sister-in-law Margaret Puckett of Hoschton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
