She was predeceased by: her daughter Jennylyn Hulsey Bowden; and her grandson Jacob Hulsey. She is survived by: her spouse Cary V. Kelly; her children, Dennis Hulsey, Carla Kelly Rotundo and Casey Mills Kelly (Shannon); her grandchildren, Cara Rotundo, Tori Rotundo, Chandler Kelly, Dane Rotundo, Connor Santee and Grayson Santee; her nephew Samuel Rouse; her niece Nancy Rouse; and her brother-in-law Clinton Rouse.
