She is survived by: her parents, Billy Holder and Linda Evans Holder of Hoschton; her husband Jack W. Carter, Jr. of Hoschton; her children, Skylar T. Carter of Hoschton and Tegan Shea Carter of Rome; her brother Scott Holder of Jefferson; and her grandsons, Robbie Lee Hubbard and Ryland Hubbard.
