He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Cash and Rosebell Mealer Cash; and his brother Larry Cash. He is survived by: his wife Linda Joyce Adams Cash; his daughter Melinda Simonton (Mike); his grandchild Lex Simonton; and his siblings, Sue Payne, Bobby Cash (Audrey), Paul Cash Jr., Marvin Lee Cash, Wilma Rainwater (Sonny), Brenda Hope (Mike), Clifford Cash (Cindy) and Connie Bray. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
