Payne Wellington (Hoschton, Georgia), born in Wellsville, Ohio, who passed away on May 15, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Payne and Phyllis Payne; her brothers, Freddie and Carl; her husband Donald M. Wellington; her children, Donald W. (Patricia Wellington), Michael F. (Linda Wellington), Phyllis (Allen Stewart) and Denise (Gregg Ellwanger); and her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Payne and William. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a memorial service will be planned at a later time.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Maxine's name to the Oaks at Braselton Love Fund.
