He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Partain; and his siblings, Caroline Blackmon and Douglas Partain, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Gail Hildebrand (Brian), Janice Bedoya, Laura Roberson (Claude), Jennifer Wonson (David) and Martin Partain, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Michael Herren, Joe Herren, Jason Hildebrand, Rhonda Carter, Audrey Baker, Eddie Baker, Adrienne Brown, Wayne Chapman, Todd Chapman, Ricky Strickland, Chris Strickland and Michael Huff. He is also survived by his 20 great grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID 19/Coronavirus Pandemic all Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) requirements will be followed. There is a limit of 50 people at any large gathering, social distancing must be recognized, the use of mask is encouraged, and most importantly if you feel sick or have any symptoms of COVID 19 you will not be allowed to attend the service.
