She was predeceased by: her husband Merrell Banner; her parents, Arthur Jenkins and Inez Fields Jenkins; and her siblings, Mildred Smith and Bobby Jenkins.

She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Banner O'Conner, Maria Banner Cleveland (Alan) and Sonja Lane Bullard (Jim); her grandchildren, Brad Bullard, Weston Cleveland, Ben Bullard, Kennedy Bramer, Walker Cleveland, Griffin Bramer and Baileigh Bullard; and her sister BJ Martin (Stewart) of Hoschton.
