Mayfield Sr.; her children, Karen Mayfield, Kristie McArthur (Blake McArthur) and Bobby Mayfield Jr. (Amanda Mayfield); her grandchildren, Katherine Mayfield, Christian Mayfield, Megan McArthur, Caroline McArthur, Hayden Mayfield, Eli Mayfield and Ella Mayfield; her great grandchild Emma Mayfield; and her sister Opal Barber.
