He is survived by: his wife Morel Ann Klatka of Hoschton; his children, Carissa, Crawford Adam of Hoshton, Kyle and Kirsten Klatka of Arlington, MA; his grandchildren, Max Adam, Brooks Adam, Ellery Klatka and Marley Klatka; and his sister Carol Ramaker of Hoschton.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Vincent De Paul at Prince of Peace Catholic Church or to the Monastery of the Holy Spirit in Conyers, GA.
