He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Krutilla and Helen Talamine Krutilla; his son John Jeffrey Krutilla; his brother Kenneth Krutilla; his aunt Rose Talamine Gobi; and his mother-in-law Mildred McDonnell.

He is survived by: his wife Donna McDonnell Krutilla; his daughters, Johnna Luhrs (Chuck) and Frances Smith (Russell); his grandchildren, Nicholas, John, Mallory, Matthew, Blake, Carson and Ally; and his sisters-in-law, Sherri Krutilla and Ivaleen McDonnell Forren.

In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations to the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research and encourages you to take your children and grandchildren fishing, golfing, or to a ballgame.
