He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter James and Alice Violet Forrestall; his wife Rachel Forrestall; and his brother Walter James Forrestall, Jr.. He is survived by: his son David; his daughter-in-law Allis Forrestall of Birmingham, Ala; his children, Jeff Forrestall of Braselton and Pam; his son-in-law Craig Roper of Marietta; and his sister Arlene Simoneaux. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
