He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Thomas and Betty Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Lori Thomas; his children, Ashley Thomas and Ryan Thomas; and his sisters, Sherry Allman (Rube), Teresa Smith (Chris), Vicky Lehman (Mark) and Mary Sansom (Mark). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members.
